GHBC Membership is composed of two fees; a NEW member Initiation Fee and Annual Member Dues. NEW MEMBER INITIATION FEE is: $1,700 The new member initiation fee is a one time fee payable by all new members. It can be paid all at once or over a maximum of 3 years. Additionally, the first initiation fee can be deferred to the following year. **Each option includes requires annual membership dues in addition to the initiation fee option. Membership dues and initiation fees are non-refundable once the club is officially open.  Annual Membership dues are subject to change on a yearly basis. The annual dues are payable upon application.
