New Member Pricing

GHBC Membership is composed of two fees; a NEW member Initiation Fee and Annual Member Dues. Families interested in joining the GHBC must complete a membership application and be sponsored by a current member. Applicants who do not know a current member must submit a letter of intent and meet with a member of the Board of Directors prior to submission or acceptance of their application. NEW MEMBER INITIATION FEE : $2,000 The New Member Initiation Fee is a one-time fee required for all new members. It may be paid in full at the time of joining for a discounted rate of $1,750 (12.5% discount), or paid in two installments of $1,000 per year over the first two years. Members who choose the installment option remain responsible for the second payment even if they do not return to the club for the second year. **Each option includes requires annual membership dues in addition to the initiation fee option. Membership dues and initiation fees are non-refundable once the club is officially open. Annual Membership dues are subject to change on a yearly basis.
